As every year, November is the month of PMI DAY organized by the Small Industry Committee of Confindustria Bergamo.

The goal of the day is to convey to the new generations of the local area the pride and passion of entrepreneurship, the commitment and talent shared with employees in the creation of products and services. It is an opportunity to share entrepreneurial experiences, the achievements made, and also the future projects.

The PMI DAY project is accompanied by the Industriamoci initiative, in collaboration with the Education Area, where schools from the Bergamo area are the real protagonists. They will develop a project on the company they visit, which will then be displayed in a public place to communicate the work done by the students and simultaneously give visibility to the companies involved.

Last year, the event involved 120 companies, 79 schools, and approximately 5,700 students.

We are happy and proud to participate actively in such an educational project once again this year.

Sharing our daily work is always enjoyable, and even more so when we host young, curious students eager to learn. We will aim to transmit positive values of collaboration, mutual help, and the will to make things happen.

The local community is an integral and fundamental part of our operations, and the younger generations are our future.
